AFS is managed on a daily basis by the four directors Paul Richards, Roger Grzyb, Chris Fletcher and Phil Brear.

Paul, and Phil originate from Building Services and Mechanical Engineering backgrounds with careers developed in the specialist areas of industrial ventilation and smoke control ventilation. 

Roger has brought with him an extensive knowledge of Fire Engineering, Fire Prevention, Fire Fighting, Emergency Planning and Health and Safety legislation.  Roger was one of the first senior UK Fire Officers to develop the use of computerized programmes to check calculations for smoke control systems.
